The ARW-DJ6A porosity detector, called "Scintillograph", is a high-voltage intelligent measuring instrument designed to verify the integrity of a protective coating for an anti-corrosion process.

The ARW-DJ6A detection method consists of placing and sliding the conductive brush directly on the coated surface to be inspected. During the operation, if there are imperfections, porosity, cracks or other similar problems, we will be faced with the generation of sparks due to the contact of the brush with the underlying conductive metal substrate. The defect detection warning is also issued via an audible and luminous alarm.

The Porosimeter is equipped with many functions such as intelligent anti-interference chip, anti-interference LCD screen and digital control circuit, which make the high voltage output of the instrument more accurate, which can be controlled within the range of ± (0.1KV + 3% reading), and the appropriate measured voltage can be output automatically according to the thickness of the anti-corrosion coating. In addition, the ARW-DJ30 Porosimeter is a lightweight instrument, small in size and thanks to the large-capacity lithium battery power supply, it is suitable for field operation.
