The Arroweld Italia Group is the most innovative industrial distribution company operating in Italy today. Founded in 1976, through a continuous process of transformation that began with a management buy-out in 1990, following the premature death of the founder in 1988, Arroweld has been able to chart a new course in the distribution of products and services for the industry over the next 20 years. It positions itself in the market as a multichannel, multisectoral company with a unique and constantly expanding offer. The addition of cutting-edge commercial tools that has always characterized our group ensures our customers an extremely qualified pre and post-sales service, primarily in high-tech products.

Today, the Arroweld Italia Group is a market leader in industrial distribution with a consolidated turnover exceeding 100 million euros. It boasts 350 direct employees, 1000 indirect employees, 11 consolidated companies with 22 sites and branches, and around a hundred participating companies.
 

The strategy: Develop through consolidation.

The group's strategy moves in two directions. The first is oriented towards development through the continuous expansion of the project of aggregating companies in industrial distribution through acquisitions capable of introducing new brands, providing new content, and strengthening existing ones. The second is characterized by the steadfast commitment that Arroweld considers fundamental in pursuing a constant improvement of the internal organization to be increasingly attentive and efficient in the service provided to customers.
