In the lighting sector, lux meters are essential items in an expert's toolkit. They are used for the design, control and testing of any product dedicated to visible and non-visible lighting.

The professional luxmeters proposed by ARW Misure in some models can be integrated with additional sensors which allow them to be used more widely. To increase the functions of these measuring instruments with probes that allow the measurement of various parameters including luminance and illumination, thanks to photometric probes, or the flow of phototes in the PAR chlorophyll field or UVA, UVB irradiation and UVC, thanks to radiometric probes.
