Instruments for measuring the thickness of a coating

Instruments whose main application is in the painting sector, but are also used in galvanic plants for measuring zinc, chromium and anodizing on aluminium. Coating thickness gauges are able to precisely indicate the thickness of each type of coating and paint present on ferrous (magnetic) and non-ferrous (non-magnetic) metal supports.

These are extremely easy to use and reliable products. To obtain the measurement of the thickness of the coating it is sufficient to place the probe on the surface and it can be used on both flat and radiused areas, without contraindications. Arwmisure coating thickness gauges are available in a compact version with a built-in probe or with a separate probe which facilitates use in difficult conditions.
