Frying Oil tester ARW-70, the solution for optimal frying oil

The Oil tester ARW-70 is a digital thermometer designed to determine the correct temperature of the oil in the fryer and promptly check its state of wear (TPM - total polar materials). The procedure is very simple: the measurement is taken directly in the oil, by immersing the probe in the fryer and the result is immediate. In a few seconds, in fact, the temperature of the oil in ºC and the quality of the oil in PC (Polar Compounds, indicates the thermal and oxidative degradation of the frying oil) are displayed.

The capacitive sensor installed on the long stem and the ergonomic handle allow you to quickly and precisely measure the parameters of the hot oil (without being hit by the heat of the fryer).

When is the right time to replace frying oil?

The device is equipped with numerous features such as a 3-digit LCD display for clear visibility of the values, IP 65 protection, temperature measurement up to +200 °C, measurement range of polar compounds 0.5 ... 40% and indicator lights located in the upper part of the display that indicate the oil quality:

• Green LED = (e.g. 0 ... 18.5%) New, unused oil
• Blue LED = (e.g. 19 ... 24%) Oil at critical point. It is recommended to change the oil completely or partially.
• Red LED = (e.g. >24%) The oil is already used. The set limit value has dropped and the oil needs to be changed
