The ARW 810-275 waterproof thermometer is an instrument used in catering, in monitoring the filling and preparation phases of food and in industrial applications. It is supplied with a stainless steel penetration probe measuring Ø2.5 x 122 mm, a protective probe cover with a pocket clip and a slot that allows for wall mounting.

The instrument measures the temperature in the range of -49.9 to 199.9 °C with a resolution of 0.1 °C and is equipped with some functions such as the maximum and minimum temperature recording mode, it is equipped with IP 66/67 protection and is equipped with two °C/°F measurement scales (changeable via the button on the back of the instrument) and a reset button.
