The Shore Durometer ARW-HB.. is an analogue and portable instrument used to precisely and quickly measure the hardness of rubber and plastic.
Features of the shore hardness meter:
- Shore A, C, D hardness measurement:
- Accuracy 1% of the measured value
- Peak Hold function (max. value identification hand)
Measurement Mode:
Position the max pointer ndicator hand to zero (Red Pointer), then grip the instrument in the lower base, resting it on the piece to be tested and exerting a slight pressure so that the support base does not adhere completely to the surface of the object, at this point it is possible to read the instantaneous value on the main pointer and the value of max peak on the red hand.
Typical applications of the different shore measurement scales
